Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band situated out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is constituted of Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his childhood buddy, Spencer Smiths (drums), at the side of their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To advertise their song, the band made contact with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) thru his LiveJournal web site. Impressed by way of the band, Wentz individually met with the band and signed them to his imprint label Decaydance. Under the label, the band launched their debut album, A Fever You Cant Sweat Out, which could debut at #112 at the Billboard 2 hundred album charts.
